All the money goes to the Argus Appeal which helps to relieve sickness, poverty, hardship and to provide benefits for lonely, old people and underprivileged children in the Sussex area.
All funds raised are used to support causes where they can “make a difference”.

Good Morning ...
Most likely, when you read this I'll be slogging away to get to Newhaven.
What's it like being in bed? Nice and warm I guess.
